From beginning to end, it's as if I was walking in the Hades landscape, with pieces of singular melodies and an atmosphere of the end of the world but also this difference in sound and rhythm between hope, disillusionment. Cyber Djinn

This is one of those albums that I just sit and listen to. Felony Evading hooks you immediately into a edge-of-your-seat movie-like listen. It's just like watching a revenge flick. Headphones bring out well-placed samples that put you right in the middle of the action. And if Facing the Beast isn't boss fight music, I don't know what is. Eliot

A stellar album. Too often I get swamped listening to new releases and forget to pay more attention to past releases that celebrate... erm... well you know... the past. We already know that Stilz is vastly talented and more than capable. I can now add this to the list of his accomplished works. A master of finely timed beats and atmospheric synth overlays to take you on a trip. Superb! James Bracewell
Here kitty, kitty! The synthwave genius returns with a whole new batch of hooky, metal-edged songs that are more fun than a ball of yarn. Bandcamp New & Notable Jun 11, 2022
Inspired by ’80s John Hughes films and the sights & sounds of Miami, the latest from Zak Vortex is a balmy summer synthwave dream. Bandcamp New & Notable May 23, 2022

A reinterpretation of the myth of Max Max graeful. With its elegant sound atmosphere of crumpled sheet metal, V8 roar and fuel-scented melodies. Cyber Djinn
